One of the few beaches safe for swimming, the golden sand beach also has jet skiing and parasailing. Pro Tip: Walk further down the beach, away from town, if you are looking for a quiet place to hang out.
This path full of switch-backs will take you to one of the highest points in Cabo. From here you’ll be able to see the entire town, the Pacific Ocean, and the Sea of Cortez. Pro Tip: Go early as it gets hot quickly. You will want to be finished by 9:30 am. Also, remember to bring water.
Don’t let the name scare you. These gentle giants, which can grow up to 40 feet in length, feed on plankton and krill. A spotter plane will watch from above and communicate their location with the boat captain. When the guide says, “jump!” it’s time to leap in the water and marvel as the whale sharks swim by.
